  • 5 Minute Warm-Up

    Repeat the warm-up set for reps listed, as many times as possible in 5 minutes or 5 sets total!

    1. Squat to twist
    2. Reverse lunge rotation
    3. Toe touch
    4. Low jack
    5. Step out squats
    6. Plank walk out

  • 5 Minute Cool Down

    Hold each position for 20-30 seconds. Repeat for a total of 3 times through.
