    2. 3 way bent row
    3. L raise
    4. Push press
    5. Deadlift to upright row

    CIRCUIT 2
    1. Tricep extension to squat
    2. Pullover sit-up
    3. Banded tap back
    4. Banded jump squat tap
    5. Squat to curl

  • Spring Full Bod

    Repeat the giant circuit for as many rounds as possible in 40 minutes.

    1. Single pullover crunch
    2. Deadlift to twist curl
    3. Reach to jump squat
    4. Reverse drop chest press
    5. Squat press
    6. Reverse lunge jump

  • Neon HIIT

    Repeat each circuit of 4 moves for 3 sets total.
